Everyone’s going on and on about Outside-era Bowie while I’m just posting Berlin era stuff.
I can’t help if that’s my favorite era of Bowie. He’s my ideal man during that time.
Berlin/Heroes Bowie is exquisite. He’s beautiful,his music is beautiful & I admire him so much for kicking the addiction, raising Duncan, surviving the deaths of several of his friends, and writing music that exhibits a social conscience without being preachy or political. Also, for playing John Merrick in the Elephant Man with such grace and empathy.
